You need to redo the saturated fats portion. The new metastudy this year by Dr. Richard Strauss in the Journal of Clinical Nutrition, published in April, looked at the 25 most recent and largest studies on the relationship of saturated fat to heart disease, vascular problems (including artery clogging) and strokes and found NO connection. Not a one. He did find where many of these studies had poor controls, or jumped to conclusions, or made assumptions, or were otherwise made mistakes.
I will have an article out this week about the study you are refering to. Site is under new ownership as of a few days ago and I have quite a bit to do.
